Shipping Fee
- Free shipping for any purchases above HK$500 except outlying or remote areas.
- For orders less than HK$500, a shipping fee of HK$60 will be charged.
- There will be an additional shipment fee charged for outerlying Islands and remote areas. Contact us at support@cozycorner.shop before placing your order so we can calculate the accurate fee.
Delivery Methods
- Door to Door delivery by Courier.
Shipping Areas
- Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, certain remote areas and outlying islands.
- We ship to commercial and residential addresses only. P.O. box and logistics centers are not accepted for any delivery.
- Orders will be delivered to the address provided by customer upon checkout. Each order will only be delivered to one address. If customers would like to have their orders delivered to multiple addresses, customers would have to place a separate order for each address.
Estimated Delivery Time
- It takes 1-3 business days to process the order, subject to stock availability and the order will be dispatched within 3 business days.
- Delivery lead time is 2-5 business days.
Shipment tracking/ change of shipping address
- Once the payment is completed, customer will receive an Order Confirmation email.
- An email notification with a tracking code will be sending to customer after the order is dispatched.
- Once the order is dispatched, please contact us directly in case of any changes of the delivery address. Any incurred expenses shall be borne by the customer.
- In case customer cannot be reached for delivery after two attempts, the order may risk being cancelled and not refunded.
- In case customer is not able to receive the order due to personal reason, please contact us directly for further arrangement.
Exchange Policy
- In case customer is not satisfied with the order, customer may only return an item in its original condition within 7 days.
- Customer must keep the returned item unopened and unused and wrap them with proper package. Any opened and used items will not be accepted for exchange. We will check the item to ensure it is in its original condition. We do not accept any returned items we reasonably believe it has been used and in such case, no exchange will be given.
- Product exchange is subject to stock availability.
- To request an exchange, contact us at support@cozycorner.shop and include your Order ID and conditions of exchange.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
- Our goal is to ensure complete satisfaction with our products. And, while we take great care in packaging your order for a successful delivery, accidents do happen. In all instances where a product is imperfect or damaged, please contact our team at support@cozycorner.shop for complete instructions on how to return the merchandise and receive a replacement.
Order Cancellations
- If for any reason you need to cancel an order after submitting it, please contact our team immediately at support@cozycorner.shop. Keep in mind, if your order has already been processed (i.e. packed and shipped), it may be too late to cancel or change the shipment. However, you can return the order once it is received. In the event you refuse an order after it has been shipped, you will be responsible for any shipping charges related to that order.

- Cozy Corner reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
- Cozy Corner reserves the right of final decision in case of any disputes.

- 訂單將會因應客戶提供的地址送貨,每張訂單只會發送到一個地址,如客戶將其訂單送往多個地址,必須為每個地址分別下單方可安排。
預計送達時間
- 處理訂單需要1-3個工作天,須視乎庫存情況而定,該訂單將於3個工作天內發貨。
- 送貨時間為2-5個工作天。
訂單追蹤/更改貨運地址
- 付款完成後,客戶會收到電子郵件訂單確認。
- 下單後,會向客戶發送追蹤代碼的電子郵件通知。
- 如送貨地址有任何更改,請直接與我們聯繫。如有任何產生的費用應由客戶承擔。
- 如發貨兩次仍無法聯繫到客戶,該訂單可能會被取消並且無法退款。
- 因個人原因無法收到訂單,請直接與我們聯繫以便進一步之安排。
關於退貨
- 如客戶對訂單需要退換,必須在7天內退回未經開啟的貨品。
- 客戶必須保持貨品是未經打開和未使用的狀態,並用適當的包裝將其包裹起來。任何打開和使用過的貨品均不接受退換。我們將檢查該貨品以確保其處於原狀。我們不接受任何認為已使用過的退回物品,在這種情況下,將不予退款。

訂單取消
- 如出於任何原因您需要在提交訂單後取消訂單,請立即透過 support@cozycorner.shop 與我們的團隊聯繫。請記住,如果您的訂單已被處理(即包裝和運輸),取消或更改可能為時已晚。但您可以在收到訂單後將其貨品退回。如果在訂單發貨後拒絕了訂單,則您將承擔與該訂單有關的所有運輸費用。

- Cozy Corner 保留修改條款和條件的權利,恕不另行通知。
- 如有任何爭議,Cozy Corner保留最終決定權。
